Rehearsal at Gregg Smith's of my new Missa Brevis, which he premieres next week in Cleveland. For sixteen unaccompanied minutes the sixteen singers remain smack on pitch, and the four soloists, especially Rosalind Rees (Gregg's wife), are angelic.
