Dorothea Crewdson in Le Tréport - 26 November, 1915
from Diary of Dorothea Crewdson, 27 Nov. 1915, pages 69-70:
[L]ast night I was able to go again to a second entertainment - Pierrots and Box and Cox - acted by Mr Pearse, Mr Chute and Mr Bowman, and Harkin our chief Mess orderly who played Box. It was simply splendid.... The Pierrots were good too, but I didn't think they were quite as good as last time.
