The most unbelievable of all unbelievable happenings to me that day would have been that a time would come when I was to enjoy the great privilege, honour and delight of playing with Kreisler – in New York, Boston, Mass. and London – Mozart’s Sinfonia Concertante for violin and viola. The crowing experience of my life has been to rehearse and perform in public with this prince of men.
