Extract from Diaries -
12th August.—I went with my father to the Brunnows, who had a great concert in honour of the Crown Prince of Wurtemberg and the Grand Duchess Olga, I was very curious to see the latter, and though it has been said that from ill health she had lost her good looks, I yet thought her exceedingly handsome, dignified, queenly, and at the same time graceful and amiable in manner.
