Michael Kelly in London - 1 August, 1811

from Reminiscences of Michael Kelly, page 270:

On the 1st of August, Mr. M. G. Lewis rewrote his "Wood Daemon;" he only made
use of the subject several new characters were introduced ; nothing could be
more effective. The piece was then called, "One o'Clock." In conjunction with M.
P. King, I composed the music. It was got up with great splendour, and had a
considerable run.
