Sergei Prokofiev in Gurzuf, Crimea - 9 August, 1913, in the afternoon
from Sergey Prokofiev diaries: 9 August 1913, page 479:
Nina sat down at the piano and played a Rachmaninov song, 'How fair this spot', that I had brought back from Yalta. I went over to her and corrected a wrong chord she had played. She had not expected this and in a hoarse voice asked, 'What?' I showed her where the mistake was and went away.
