Salem Tutt Whitney in Montgomery Alabama - 1915
from Ragged but right / Lynn Abbott, page 123:
A night's lay-off in Montgomery, Ala., gave many members of our company an opportunity to see Mr. Tolliver's show, which was closing a week's engagement in that city. All agreed that they had been enjoyably entertained. My brother, J. Homer Tutt, stated that ... the performance was full of "pep" and "ginger" from start to finish.
