Sergei Prokofiev in New York Philharmonic - 27 October, 1921, at night

from Sergey Prokofiev diaries: 27 October 1921, page 616:

I went to the Philharmonic concert with Frou-frou [Maria Baranovskaya], and sat in a corner so that if Stella should happen to be there too she would not be likely to see me. I much enjoyed hearing Beethoven's Fifth Symphony. No harmonic novelties at all, but what an utter delight!
