Sergei Prokofiev in Paris - 17 May, 1925, in the afternoon
from Sergey Prokofiev diaries: 17 May 1925, page 163:
Guests in the afternoon. Dukelsky and Mrs. Barbara, a quite attractive, rich American divorcee who flirted assiduously with him. He tried to impress her by playing foxtrots, which he adores but which I find nauseatingly banal.
