John George Keysler in Styria - 9 June, 1730
On the ninth of June I was entertained here with the procession on Corpus-Christi-day, at which the inhabitants of the villages belonging to the city parishes attend with colours, &c. The peasants wives roar out their Sclavonian hymns, and display at once their finery, and skill in singing.
