Incidentally, this same Mr Zakharov [Boris Zakharov] suddenly announced that in a few days' time he would be going to Anapa, and then for two more weeks to Kislovodsk, in other words he would be disappearing until the end of July. This was extremely disappointing news, as I had been counting on going often to Terioki, where life promised in every way to be so agreeable. On the 12th, Zakharov played in Pavlovsk with considerable success, and on the 13th he left. |
