Lunch (all of us + Rosemary Eisinger) at Bethley's, & in aft. Mum & I (tickets from Bethley) go to see Aida (- very well conducted by Weingartner). A lovely show - with an especially good Amneris in Res Fischer. This isn't as good as late Verdi, but very lovely stuff. |
