After a consequently late dinner at 8.30, listen to a Symphony in C minor by Shaporin.* This work has the disadvantage of being written for two or 3 orchestras, several choruses & about 15 brass bands (I've never heard such a row), & music has to be esp. good to stand that. This was terribly dull & reminicant, I hope U.S.S.R. can produce better stuff than this. |
