Usual work, walk, and practice. In evening Mr. Greatorex, + Miss Chapman. Give a recital. Mr G. is simply terrible, played no 2. Notes together, and everything [BB writes a squiggle here] To think that he is professor of music here! Miss C. was quite good if only she could tune her strings!
