The next that officiated was Hudson, who I thought play'd in a very brilliant style, using the Trumpet & other fancy stops, & also the Swell, which I had not heard before except in giving out the psalm lines; but upon the whole was inferior as I thought to my favourite Mr Relfe. I however, only heard him in the morning, as my father took me with him to London to dinner that day.
