Beatrice Harrison in England - 29 September, 1918

from The Cello and the Nightingales- The autobiography of Beatrice Harrison, page 111:

Went up to Sandringham. Played in dear Princess’s room upstairs. The Queen came in for a little and Princess Mary and Lady Mary Trefusis and Marquise d’Hautpoule were there. Princess Mary sang. Curious voice! Played lots on two pianos. The Queen asked us again for the next day.
