George J. Elvey in Windsor - October, 1893

from Life and Reminiscences of Sir George J. Elvey, page 329:

Towards the end of October he made a great effort to be present at a concert given by the St. George's Choir at the Albert Institute, when his prize part-song, " O power supreme," was given. This was exceedingly well sung, and gave him great pleasure.
