At 2.45 show starts at Stuart Hall. Mangeot (cond. Moeran) plays 2 concerti (Vivaldi & Haydn) with orch. - v. badly. I conduct my 'Simple Symphony' which doesn't go too badly - except for a swim in the Saraband. A Scratch Quartet scrambles through 2 movs. of Mozart G maj.
