Notes
J. Lloyd Williams occasionally includes highly detail accounts of performances he attends, which are complicated by their hasty script. In this instance he describes a performance of Carmen at Her Majesty's Theatre (he calls it Opera House), though some of his commentary is illegible, there are still interesting observations present.
