Sergei Prokofiev in Wellington Hotel, New York City - January, 1919

from Sergey Prokofiev diaries: 31 January 1919, page 386:

I have moved out of the Wellington, which is like a conservatoire - every room has someone practising in it, which interferes terribly with my composition - and moved into private accommodation, very comfortable, and right on Fifth Avenue. I have two large, carpeted rooms. And complete quiet.
