Alan Plater in Sydney, Dublin, Toronto, Boston

from Doggin' around, page 202:

Armed with this slender syllabus - Miles Davis and Duke Ellington - I've travelled the world, disguised as as teacher.  For the most part I don't remember much about the teaching, but I do remember the musicians we heard: a young James Morrison in Sydney, Louis Stewart in Dublin, Joanne Brackeen in Toronto, McCoy Tyner in Boston.
