We arrived on Friday at five o’clock, sat down to a dinner of a hundred and four people, and in the evening there was a very pretty concert. Cinti sang divinely.

Although Harriet Leveson-Gower began this letter to her sister, it was completed by her daughter, Georgiana Fullerton, because 'Mama's time is so filled up by all the things she is obliged to do and to see here'.
