Agnes Smart Livingston et al. in George Square (?) Glasgow - 13 April, 1918, in the afternoon

from Diaries of Thomas Cairns Livingston vol. 6:

Saturday 13 April, Cold wet day. In the afternoon we all went to the square [? George Square] to see the aeroplanes. We saw the square, but the aeroplanes did not appear. We admired the captured German ‘Aviatik’, listened to the bands, & watched the precession, and then home to tea, likewise to thaw.
