from Letter from Thomas Moore to E.T. Dalton, Esq., 1815, page 87:
In one of Lord Byron’s letters to me after I left London, he mentioned having met you, and that Mrs. Dalton sung “one of my best songs so well that, only for the appearance of affectation, he could have cried.” Was it “Could’st thou look?”
