Sergei Prokofiev in Saint Petersburg Conservatory - 5 December, 1912
from Sergey Prokofiev diaries: 5 December 1912, page 251:
After dinner I went to the student concert. I accompanied the difficult duet from Ippolitov-Ivanov's Asia*, sung by Feinberg and Bobrovich. The music is terrible, but the performance was outstandingly good.
