Interviewer: There's always been a two-piano tradition in the classics, but it seems pretty rare in improvised music.
My basic two-piano experience was in the classics. But I also listened to Victor Babin and his wife, who were called Bronsky and Babin. They were Russians. They arranged some of their pieces and were tremendous.
