Sergei Prokofiev in Saint Petersburg Conservatory - 10 May, 1914, at night

from Sergey Prokofiev diaries: 10 May 1914, page 676:

Tilya Hansen played very well indeed. I told her I was going to propose to her: she would be a desirable bride with a dowry, I an eligible groom with a grand piano. After all, we were both prizewinners of the Conservatoire, clearly it was God's will. She laughed and we had a nice talk.
