Sergei Prokofiev in Chicago Opera - 4 December, 1921
from Sergey Prokofiev diaries: 4 December 1921, page 638:
Rehearsal at eleven o'clock, again Acts One and Two which the singers have learnt. Next came some good news: Coini announced that the first stage rehearsal would take place the day after tomorrow, and as the chorus now knew its part rehearsals would henceforward always take place on the stage except when it was needed for current repertoire rehearsals. At last!
