Ptashka and I went to the Vienna Opera in the evening, in Paris to perform Mozart. The production was Die Entführung aus dem Serail. It is a wonderful company, and the conductor, Schalk, was highly entertaining. I had not heard Die Entführung before. It has dated rather, but much of it is very nice.
