The great annual fête to-day. Commenced with seeing the grandest fair imaginable in the Champs-Elysées, […] At seven we went to the front of the Tuileries, where all the bands of the garrison played in one grand concert before the good King and Queen, of whom we had a capital view when they came and stood on the balcony.
