Dined at Cadogan’s […] From thence to Mrs. Hamilton’s, where I met Denon, and had some talk with him: he spoke of Bessy's[*] beauty. From thence, for ten minutes, to a Dr. Laffans’, where there was music. Then to Lord Miltown’s ball[.]
