Beth & I go to Marine at 7.30 to see the Amateurs do 'Chu Chin Chow'.* Quite a good show for amateurs, & the costumes & scenary were very lavish. Total lack of voices & of much art of acting spoils it. Gladys Mumford is an exception, however.
