Mrs. Koller et al. in Vienna - 6 November, 1934

from Journeying boy : the diaries of the young Benjamin Britten 1928-1938, page 232:

After dinner I go to the opera with this Mrs Koller - in a box with some friends of hers. See 'Cav. & Pag'* - very fine operas - but after the other things I have seen lately I couldn't make myself thrilled, though I enjoyed them. I fancy the orchestra felt that way too.
