Jean Cocteau in France - August, 1924
from Selected correspondence 1915-1963 / Francis Poulenc, page 72:

Notes
Letter from Jean Cocteau to Francis Poulenc, Villefranche-sur-mer, August 1924. Cocteau had joined Georges Auric in a villa in Villefranche-sur-mer, called 'Le Calme'. He was trying to recover from the effects of his grief over Radiguet's death and his experiments with opium to assuage that grief.
