In this Palace of Monte Cavallo we were present at a Consistory held there, for the Delivery of the Hats to such of the Cardinals as had been created by Clement XI. but had not received that Completion of their Dignity from Him. […]
When the Speeches were over, the Capellani [Gentlemen of the Chapel] sung the Te Deum, which finish'd the Ceremony.
