I saw, too, from the gods a Fantasy at the Hippodrome—The whole auditorium was enclosed in a huge white mosquito net from floor level to ceiling. It was filled with tropical trees, palms and flowers amongst which, to the sound of music, there fluttered a large number of beautifully coloured butterflies from tree to tree, all of them lovely girls. Its name escapes me, which is strange, as I have never yet seen its equal in fantastic beauty.
