Lady Mary Cavendish-Bentinck et al. in Paris - 23 October, 1820, at night

from Diary of Thomas Moore, 23 October 1820, pages 158–159:

Dined with Lord Rancliffe. Company: Lord and Lady Frederick Bentinck (she was Lady Mary Lowther), Lady Adelaide Forbes, and Mercer. Lady Mary invited me to go with her to her box at the Opera. Went, and saw the new ballet, “Les Pages du Duc de Vendôme,” which is beautiful.
