[Francis Sullivan] [L]ast Monday se'nnight I saw the two prisoners go by, both their hats were flapped; I said there are the two men; I had told the constable one of them had a black patch on the left side his check, which he had when taken; there were two men singing ballads in the street; the two prisoners stopped and stood talking to two sailors; Mrs. Chapman sent for her husband, he came and took them.
